Shipping, Delivery & Returns
How long does it take to ship my items?
Once payment for your order has been successful, I will prepare your order and arrange shipping within seven days. I use Australia Post. There may be delivery delays due to factors out of my control. However I can provide delivery status updates if required. Please email me your Order Number and I will look into it for you.
Refund and Returns Policy
My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original shipping packaging. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase (see Returns below).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
I package my books using stiff cardboard cartons designed specifically to hold books. These minimise or completely stop any damage during transit. In the rare chance your book/s arrive damaged, follow the Returns instructions below. I will follow up and arrange a replacement to be sent out to you at my expense.
Returns
To begin the returns process, please email with the following:
- Name of purchaser
- Date purchased
- Order number
- Reason for return
- If damage has occurred, please include photographs to help us follow up
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
If I assess your email enquiry and require the item to be returned, you will be provided an address to post to at your expense. Local drop off to postcode 3071 can be arranged. Once your item is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If applicable, a refund (less the shipping costs paid), will be applied to your original method of payment immediately or within a few days.
Replacement of faulty products are shipped at my expense. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
